This patient wanted to replace old crown and bridge to develop a more pleasing smile. The final result was achieved with careful planning, gum recontouring, and provisional (temporization), prior to the fabrication of the final product.

This patient had a midline discrepancy and large composite fillings on the teeth. She wanted to brighten her smile, straighten her teeth and make them more uniform in color. Porcelain veneers were placed. A very conservative treatment requiring minimally invasive procedures.
